Guangdong province is situated at the southernmost tip of Mainland China adjacent to Hong Kong and Macau, one of the traditional dishes from the area is Soya Chicken.

Slow cooked in Soya sauce with mixed herbs and spices including Ginger,

Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamon and Cloves.

This dish is perfect when paired with Plain or Egg Fried Rice which soaks up the delicious spice infused Soya sauce.
